We may hold enquiry emails, business records and, if you agreed to it, analytics information. We do not connect analytics identifiers to your email address. We may need more information to find a particular visit, and we will explain what we can find.

Where you have placed an order with us, some records have to be kept for as long as tax law requires, and we cannot delete those.
